So it’ was my first trip to Retro Fitness as a member, and I have to say, it was quite enjoyable! :D 10hr day at work, then went to the gym with my hubby. I biked in their little movie enclosure for an hour, and I biked 14 miles and burned 466 calories. Not bad, not bad at all :3
